100-Night Risk-Free Trial

We’re confident you’ll love waking up with Smart Alarm, which is why every order comes with a 100-night risk-free trial. Try it for 100 nights from the date your order is delivered. If it’s not right for you, you can return it for a full refund with no questions asked.

If you’re not completely satisfied at any point during your trial period, simply contact us at contactvibrateme@gmail.com to initiate your return. Your refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

2-Year Warranty

Every Smart Alarm is backed by a 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. This includes failures related to the motor or vibration mechanism, battery defects, strap hardware malfunctions, and display or button issues.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, physical damage caused by drops, water exposure, misuse, or products that are lost or stolen. To make a warranty claim, please email contactvibrateme@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will troubleshoot the problem with you and, if necessary, arrange a replacement at no cost.

Common Return Scenarios

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will replace it free of charge. If your package arrives damaged, we will also send a replacement at no cost. In cases where the product does not fit due to an incorrect size or color being ordered, or if you simply change your mind, you may return or exchange the item, however return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in delivery issues.

How Returns Work

To begin a return, contact us at contactvibrateme@gmail.com within 100 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with the reason for the return. Our customer service team will confirm whether your return is approved and provide the correct return address. Once approved, securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and items that came with it, and send it to the provided address within five working days. After shipping, please share the tracking number with our team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within five days using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items & Important Notes

Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back. The address listed on this website is our corporate office and is not equipped to handle returns. Any items sent to this address without prior authorization will be considered undelivered and will not be eligible for a refund. Products that are not returned in their original condition or that show damage due to misuse are also not eligible for return.

Items Damaged During Transit

If your product is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos of the item placed on a flat surface, ensuring the defect and shipping label are visible. Send these photos along with a brief description of the issue to contactvibrateme@gmail.com within five days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement free of charge. If a second defect occurs, a full refund will be issued.
